About Me:: I moved to Austin at the end of 2008, and after spending a year and a half getting to know the area and making new friends, I can truly say that I absolutely love it here. The weather is amazingly warm year round, the food is delicious, and the nightlife downtown is always fun.

In my spare time, I like to (in no particular order): exercise; watch movies; hang out with friends; pretend I'm a hipster while working on my computer at coffee houses; play Ultimate Frisbee; dance terribly while inebriated; and contemplate the meaning of life, love, and everything in between. Regardless of my favorite things to do, I'm a very open-minded individual, and I love trying new things.

I'm a pretty motivated guy, have most of my stuff together in life, and have a pretty good idea of what I want. I've been interested in starting something entrepreneurial for as long as I can remember, which is why I created Black Book Singles. Prior to launching this site, I spent a few years in IT as a web developer for QVC and a game developer for Challenge Games. I also survived a small part of my life by playing poker in Atlantic City, but that one's definitely not for the weak at heart!
